My responsibilities included desktop support, server administration, and network management: 1st line desktop support on Windows XP/2003, administration of groups and users, computers, group policy, and print services, plus MS Exchange and Outlook 2003, backups for SQL and Exchange with Symantec Backup Exec, and HP Procurve network configuration and wiring. I also administered Active Directory and Windows 2003.
