As a DevOps Engineer on a remote contract at Lenses.io, I was responsible for building a SaaS cloud solution using Kubernetes and Golang. The role spanned multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), container orchestration with GKE and EKS, Helm charts, and solutions architecture work including billing, cost allocation, and multi-account SaaS patterns.

Key responsibilities and achievements

  • Multi-cloud SaaS — Used AWS, GCP, and Azure to design and implement the SaaS cloud offering.
  • Containers — GKE, EKS, Helm charts, and Docker for deployment and management of the application.
  • Golang — Go with aws-sdk-go for Lambda functions and API services.
  • Solutions architecture — Contributed to billing and cost allocation, multi-account environments, SaaS AWS Factory, multi-tier SaaS design, and chargeback modules.
  • DevOps — Jenkins, Travis CI, Kubernetes, GKE, Helm, GitHub Actions; tools such as Redash and Jira.
  • GCP — Experience with BigQuery, GKE, and billing.
  • Serverless — SAM, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Swagger, and Go for serverless components.
